Perime App (“we”, “our”, or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information.
Perime App provides educational content on road rules and driving theory. Users can study lessons, take exam simulations, and view results after completion. The app is currently offered free of charge and displays third-party advertisements.
We do not sell your personal data and do not use it for any purpose other than those described in this policy.
The app displays advertisements served by Google AdMob, and uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used. Both are services provided by Google.
Advertising. To select, deliver and measure ads, Google may collect and use your device's advertising ID, device information, your IP address (which can indicate an approximate location), and information about how you interact with ads. Google processes this data under its own privacy policy, available at https://policies.google.com/privacy. We do not receive your advertising ID and we cannot use it to identify you.
Ads may be personalized using your advertising ID. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time in your device settings (Android: Settings > Privacy > Ads > Delete advertising ID / Opt out of Ads Personalization). If you opt out, you will still see ads, but they will not be personalized.
Analytics. Firebase Analytics records app usage information — such as app opens, sessions and general interaction data — together with general device information (device model, operating system version and language, app version, and a randomly generated app instance identifier). We use this only to understand how the app is used and to improve it. It is not linked to your account, your name or your phone number, and we do not use it to identify you. We do not use analytics to build advertising profiles.
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland: we do not currently present a consent form for personalized advertising, and a certified consent mechanism is required in these regions before personalized ads may be served to you. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time using the device settings described above.
We use Supabase (a third-party cloud service provider) and local device storage (SQLite and secure device storage) to store user data. Supabase acts as a data processor on our behalf and is contractually obligated to protect user data.
The advertising and analytics data described in section 4 is stored and retained by Google under Google's policies, not by us. We only receive aggregate, non-identifying statistics (for example, ad revenue totals and app usage totals).
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share your name, phone number or district with advertisers.

We retain your personal data as long as your account remains active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time by either:
We process all deletion requests within 30 days of receipt. After deletion, your data is permanently removed from our systems and cannot be recovered.
Perime App is intended for general educational use. We do not knowingly target children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information immediately.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect user data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Account PINs are stored as one-way cryptographic hashes, and access to your data is restricted to your phone number on the server.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Users will be notified of important changes within the app.

By downloading, accessing, or using Perime App, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app.
Perime App is provided for educational purposes only. You may use the app to study road rules and driving theory and to practice for your driving exam. The app does not replace official driving courses or the official driving examination.
Creating an account requires your name, phone number, district, and a 5-digit PIN. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and PIN. We are not responsible for unauthorized access caused by user negligence.
The app is currently offered free of charge. If paid features are introduced in the future, all payments will be processed exclusively through the official Google Play billing system, and any applicable taxes will be shown at checkout.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or misuse the app. You can delete your account at any time using the in-app option or our web deletion form.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are published means acceptance of the updated terms.
